A national authority and leader in the field of employee benefits, health care and pensions, Rod Chandler brings to R. Duffy Wall & Associates extensive public policy experience. He served ten years as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from the State of Washington.

While serving on the House Ways and Means Committee, Mr. Chandler crafted foreign policy initiatives during the administration of President Ronald Reagan. These efforts led to democratic elections in El Salvador and Nicaragua and fundamentally reshaped the political landscape of Central America.

He is a successful businessman, an accomplished photographer, and is very active in local community affairs. He and his wife Joyce have been married 36 years and reside in Fairfax, Virginia.
